OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Mount Mary University junior forward Emily Ristow (Sheboygan, Wis.) has been named the Association of Division III Independents women's soccer Player of the Week. Ristow had an outstanding week on the pitch for Mount Mary as the Blue Angels went 3-0 on the week. The forward tallied four goals in each of the three games for a total of 12 during the week and upped her school-record total to 73 in just three years. The junior also added two assists, finishing with 26 points and three game-winning goals. Ristow ended the week with 24 shots on goal and will be graduating in December with a 4.0 GPA.
